Pride

Small or large, earn or invest

I work in progress and work is my pride.

I used to be a princess, with a leisurely life. Now, I struggle from dawn to night.

I cannot predict what I have on my stride.

This is for sure, I wake till tried.

Fortune and luck I do not rely

My will and conscious are only on my side.

Pamper and platter I cannot afford,

Goodwill is only there for my support.

If fate is something,  I cannot find,

May be in blessings of my mother's eyes.

Wheel of life shows different colours

But has forgotten I am seeking only bright.

My sleeves will be folded until I die.
