Poland has not yet perished...
Several countries invaded and overran (Poland)
It deteriorated their political system
but to rebuild was their plan.
The impact of World War 2 perished
lives, land, dignity, their right.
Poland chose to rise for the 40th time,
Yet again, they chose to fight.
Poland doesn't beg for freedom,
they fight for it.
This was their activism.
Post-war, Poland rebuilt towns,
Restored its monument, palaces.
The women celebrated their liberty in gowns.
The people have been on their best behavior,
Even in this Multicultural nation.
Every Christmas eve supper and Easter,
the people are found in concentration.
Such is the beauty of the Polska.
Pierogi and Ròsal are a symbol of celebration,
One should have them in Warsawa.
