Plastic: Curse or Boon

Is plastic a curse or boon

to us humans so loon

though we know it takes time to decompose

Still we use it, instead to oppose

On a side, it's a curse

as it takes 1000 years to decompose

Plastic is used by use recklessly

As if we are helpless

But yes, it is also a boon as

it is reusable and reduces global warming

But it also gives rise to soil storming

Plastic's production gives rise to chemical emancipation

But to use it or not is an actual confusion

Plastic's use has a harmful cause to the environment

So indeed, plastic is a curse, not a boon

to us humans so loon
