Oxygen

Cajoling the oxygen 

To skive off its job, 

The unbreathable air 

Of your betrayal blocks my heart.

Though I try not to puff them out, 

The innocuous oxygen fails 

To understand your trick 

And cruel becomes your action 

To sanction its passage temporarily, 

Not allowing me to throw a seven.
