Judicial Activism is necessary

For protecting

The Fundamental Rights

Guaranteed to people

And thereby

For preventing the government

From committing any

Illegality, irregularities

And

For instilling the

Elements of self restraints.

It is the mechanism,

To check

And

Bring transparency

In the field of law,

And justice.

I ask the person who says

That judicial activism

Is not necessary

As it is misused,

I am asking this question,

It is immaterial,

A person

Who is he?

Where he lives?

What is he doing?

Is he black or white?

Is he poor or rich?

I ask these questions

Only because

What I want to know,

Are we not human beings,

And

Are we not possessing

A humane temper,

And when a person

Becomes judge,

Is there not necessity

To be honest.

I hope you can

Understand me as well.

I believe that

Our friendship in

legal profession

Is to create

A new atmosphere,

A new Understanding,

Not to create partisan spirit,

Therefore, when I write,

I have four doors open.

I'm waiting for you friend,

To analyse

And to render Constructive

Competitiveness,

Suggestions,

For developing law,

Each other

To compliment each other

And

Genuinely I mean it,

Jealousy is unnecessary,

My attempt is always,

Lift each other up,

It is nice to be nice.

Knowledge is an ocean,

Life should be filled with

The eternal light of knowledge.

Yes yes yes,

Democratic values

Are thrown into the wind.

Yes yes yes,

Dictatorial tendencies

Are propped up

Within our Constitution.

Gross Human Rights

Violations become

The order of the day.

Judges are appointed

For obvious oblique reasons,

Judges are superseded,

Rampant corruption

In public life is rising.

Ethical and moral values

Among the Parliamentarians

And the standard of

Parliament debate are declining.

People are losing faith and trust

Over the first two pillars of the Government

And there is requirements

To the path of Judicial Activism,

Which led to the birth of

PIL concept.

It is also abused

By persons having

Partisan spirit,

The CHELAS

Into every spear of life.

Everything has

Cause and effect,

Basic structure doctrines

Came to limelight.

To allege to one person

Is the reflection of

Blind eye,

Due to partisan spirit,

Communalism,

Following any isms blindly

Ignoring the reality.  

 Democratic values

Are not thrown by one person

To the wind,

Dictatorial tendencies cannot

Be propped up by one person

I'm not a shrinking man,

Everyone would say on

I am fair as the snow,

But it is far from this,

A hideous one.

I'm my own intellectual self,

As one particle

And particle from the other

things precious,

Always incomplete.

What to lose

If there's always to gain,

What to gain

If there's something to lose,

All things are always to be

And never to be

The same never again.
