Ocean and him

"Look there, 

at the ocean.

As I see the waves

crashing to the shore, 

I remember of you"

"Why?"

"Because they too came in a flash

and took a part of sand with them, 

like you did...to me, 

Remember!"

"But no complaints

or regrets I have, 

because when you came 

you soaked me all

with yourself. 

Remember,

I used to wait for you 

every moment, 

but I also liked it, 

when you used to surprise me

out of blue. 

You are just like this ocean, 

beautiful under the gaze of moonlight 

and confident under the sun".

Slowly I looked up, 

a smile beaming on both of our lips, 

and before I could lose myself

in those mesmerizing eyes, 

he disappeared, 

again... 

Leaving me alone

to live with these miseries.
