Life without you is a life-less living

Just a soul talking and walking.

No one to care as much as you did

Like how the time before, for me you were the most avid.

Yours was the love so pure

That I got from no one else but from you for sure;

You were my only light in the darkness

But now there is only apartness.

Yours was the hand I used to hold

Tight and firm to make the relationship as precious as gold;

Your hug was a warm boon for me

Like God had thought to give the biggest fortune to me.

But now it's all messed

I miss how you caressed.

I now realize your importance,

And always crave for your recurrence.

Life without you is like living in black and white–

Your memories are now my only might.
