O Dear Mother Nature!

O Dear Mother Nature! 

I am a bit worried about growing pollution. 

It is very painful 

To notice people, 

Throwing wrappers, polythene packets, etc. 

Here and there,

After consuming ready-made food items,

Instead of disposing them 

In the dustbin. 

Why don't they ever realize 

Their negligence? 

"Where there is a will, 

There is a way." 

Thus, I do my duty,

Reminding my students and sometimes, 

Strangers, too, 

Whom I notice throwing something carelessly.

I never mind even though People get irritated 

By my reminder. 

Anyways, you are important 

For me, O Dear Mother Nature!"
