Nothing's Wrong
Nothing's Wrong

He couldn’t bear the thought of leaving.
For he loved the darkness
and cozy conversations,
and limited people
and full-sleeved shirts
that reveal nothing.
“I hate everything”
“I am my everything”
he says.
But he won’t be allowed
to stay without light.
For his well wishers think
that light is better.
But don’t they know
burnt eyes prefer darkness?
He masks himself
in an over-confident person
who points out at ceiling fans
“Look at my fans,” he says it as a lame joke
“One day I’ll hang out with them,” he thinks.
He wants to take a Boo Radley challenge
But he is not sure what to falsify
the house into.
Though Radley never stepped out
of his house under the sun
He did roam around at night.
But what is difference
between day and night
when one’s eyes don’t want to look up?
