No child's game-Poetry

Nothing is sought

but it is brought

from the serene soul

when poetry responds to the call 

 

how does poetry occupy the mind?

and find

an easy flow

to go far places

 

it is a powerful medium

to be used with wisdom

error occurrences are seldom

as the mind has full freedom

 

words flow with full liberty 

and remain in touch with an almighty

with a shower of full grace

and easy access with trace

 

it has no metaphors

no ocean with shore

but with limitless sky

to fly high and try 

 

poetry is not a child's game

where you claim

the dominant position

but disregard the human relation

 

poetry is a sign of brotherhood

the love in the neighbourhood

the meaning of humankind is well understood 

and thinking good about others.
