My Secret Dream
My Secret Dream
She was a mystery, she was a flame,
She was elusive, who's to blame?
She was a flower blooming not for me,
This woman was my secret dream.
She was a genie hiding in the mist,
She was an angel taming any beast;
You'd drink the poison she would give
And any lie of her you would believe.
I loved her silently, in my own way,
I didn't dare any word to say...
But it's too late to scream or cry -
She was my dream, a sweet dream of mine.
