I've tried to write so many times,

But it's been hard to say in rhymes.

You are the one who taught me about life,

How not to fight and what is right.

You are the word inside my song,

You are my friend, my life and my mom.

You taught me how to walk,

And you taught me how to talk.

A true relationship only two can share,

A mother and her child,

Nothing will ever compare.
