My Lost Self

Cool and comfortable was my cage

In there...

initially seemed a complete wastage.

Suppressed from flying freely around

Slowly n surely, I was getting drowned.

Having let gone of my natural self

What I'm today, has shocked my own self.

Do I have it in me?

To do what it takes to stand up again.

Being always stuck in a cage

I wonder what will happen onstage.

Not used to being in the forefront
