Motivational Demotivation

Have you ever heard about a slum? 

Yes, obviously you have; 

A child who grows as a skeleton! 

A mother who was just forced to give birth! 

A father wants his children to earn 

Legally or illegally, or both!

Why do the children struggle? 

Why don't the parents think 

Before planning babies!?

Such lines and books

Are so hit, right! 

The writer motivate others 

To provide the slum children good lives. 

But what's the result at last?

Books are best sellers;

Writers are top writers; 

Motivated, are politicians; 

And those people are still like 

Untouchables. 

There are still some good people 

Who help, donate and encourage 

Them to become better. 

But by what? 

Pictures, books like of motivation 

And showpieces... 

Wow! How well some NGOs 

Motivate those Lil beetles

Without realizing the fact 

That this is what is called demotivation.

It's like in name of fish 

You are giving them silverfish. 

Sometimes I'm ashamed of myself 

For I'm the part of this world, 

Where in name of motivation 

People tend to provide 

Demotivation.
