Miss You

The world looked blurry through my eyes

My heart ached and

I felt like burning from inside.

I tried to listen to the song playing,

But I couldn't hear a sound.

I looked at the pretty night sky,

But I couldn't see its beauty.

I couldn't feel the slow surreal wind,

I couldn't appreciate the beauty of the night,

I couldn't touch the soft of the earth beneath me,

I couldn't be an admirer.

All I wanted was to disappear,

Amidst my mother nature's lap,

Into the dark side of the lights,

And in all the greys of the various colours.

The cloudy sky, the glowing fireflies,

The tiny twinkling aeroplane,

Which got lost inside the clouds,

The standstill coconut trees

And the sad songs all around,

They all conspired against me to miss you.

They all forced me to blame myself

Of everything which is wrong.

The world went haze,

I felt numb and broke,

My heart shattered into pieces

Again tonight.
