Meet Again
Meet Again

I smile a little whenever I see you
Until I find you close to someone new
I try to get rid of it everytime
A face that keeps me all awake at night.
I should've asked you out when I was there
I should've convinced you to stay
But then I found me standing powerless
With melting heart and a glass of wine.
I don't know but I got to say
I think it's better that we meet again
Before I trip over another mistake
I think it's better that we meet again.
You're loo
king ahead to turn your back on me
Reflection of all what I didn't see
You never caught me staring in your eyes
While you pushed your wavy hairs behind.
I should've asked you out in the first place
Then you would've agreed for a longer stay
I should've asked to tell me your name
And you would softly say it's Caroline.
Now I know what I want to say
I think it's perfect that we meet again
As I'm no longer than I was yesterday
We should do more than just meeting again
