Maidens Of The Night

Maidens Of The Night

1 min 248 1 min 248

Dancing in the night

Under the moon so bright

With their gently flowing hair

Peeping here and there

One dark and one light

The Maidens of the Night

The one whose darkness couldn't be kept

After seeing her, the people silently wept

Was Ophelia, the maker of nightmares

Who was anything but fair

One dark and one light

The Maidens of the Night

The one whom light danced around

The one who held people spellbound

Was Aria, the maker of dreams

Who made people smile in their sleep

One dark and one light

The Maidens of the Night

Once they went to a house of two

When the sky was the deepest shade of blue

They each walked to the sides of the beds

And then put a hand on their foreheads

One laughed and one cried

The Maidens of the Night
