Loving You Is Blue

Loving You Is Blue

So that a shooting star ruined it all,

Wishes are for a cowards call;

Maybe a pint of joy got into it,

For a heart's desire can't fulfill it.

I see my fingers got scratched,

Holding the hands that's already latched;

A lioness stare stole my sleep,

Now I stay at a corner to weep.

No! A man's ego couldn't stop me,

And I use nostalgia as a face crème;

Now that I see you blushing and smiling,

No I'm not the reason and that's killing.

Go ahead and he'll fulfill your wishes,

I'll feel the raindrops thinking your kisses;

I see you got a new style to express,

My feelings?! I'll try my best to supress.

By the night when I'll be old and cold,

Your blanket of memories will help me mould;

Enjoy the sleep with the arms wrapped around you,

Because when you wake up, you'll regret it too.
