Love

It's hard to keep my eyes open now, 

and it's getting hard to breathe every second, 

someone holding my hand is all I can feel, 

other than the pain which is hard to deal, 

'I am here' he voiced out 

but I heard something along the lines say 'stay', 

cradling me, he picked me up, 

and a groan escaped my lips without a second thought, 

'It's okay' he whispered 

his hold was strong but his voice was not, 

I felt him move from the place, and 

slowly he started increasing his pace 

I wanted to ask soo much but it's hard to spell, 

still, gulping down the roughness I asked him 

'didn't you say I'll die by your hands, 

aren't you happy now?' 

slowly I strained out 

opening my mouth again I started to speak, 

only to be stopped by him 

'YOU ARE NOT DYING' he shouted  

in his voice evident of anger, yet strong and firm, 

it wasn't long after which I surrendered myself to darkness...
