Lost

I get lost in my mind.

I'm a Jain in the East,

Or wracked with pain amid deceased

 

I get lost in my mind.

My open eyes, wide open eyes

See only what I fantasize

 

I get lost in my mind.

My napkin falls,

My writing stalls,

Because I'm taming waterfalls

 

I get lost in my mind.

I see decay.

I feel pain in what people say,

So I run in my mind

I get lost in my mind,

Become something divine.

I get lost in my mind.

Lost in my mind.

Where anything and everyone can shine.

If only we could all live in my mind...

 

I get lost in my mind.

It's an ability that God has given me.

 

And it is power of a kind
