Life Is Good

As I am ironing out the wrinkles in my dress

Doing the same with life no stress. 

Yoga for steady body weight

Words for mental occupation, that I write 

I walk and less I talk, by-gones I don't hark

From experience I speak, my words do mark

Moderation in drinking don't get too many highs

Salads, veggies and less meat totally avoid the fries

I learn simple hacks for life

Keep away things that bring strife

In contentment I sigh

Enjoying the moment, well-nigh.
