Life And Desire
Life And Desire
Webbed in desires
I am a mortal soul
Empowered with thoughts
With an immortal core
My life and desires are conjoined twins
Together we move with fish-like fins
They glide and slide, up and down
A series of decisions to make around.
Sometimes they separate when the fights are desperate
Yet they come back when situations positively operate
So low and high we travel along
My desires in life are never gone.
As desires are there so life is fair
As life is there so desires I share
We will ever live forever along
Until the days of my life are gone.
Webbed in desires
I am a mortal soul
Empowered with thoughts
With an immortal core.
