Left
Left
Shining every morning, the morning rays
On the window's sill, which constantly frays
Its edges were marred by dust.
She peeks through it, filled with wanderlust.
Into the outside world
Lively and vibrant
Where happiness lies unfurled
Besides her life being dull,
She seems to have a lot to mull over.
That pitiful girl
Impulsively, she grabs her tattered bag.
And heads out in the locality
and sees people bluff and brag.
With a sunken heart, she walks on alone.
As her companions left her ages ago
Lonely and forlorn
Greeted by sunlight on her way
Her eyes glimmered and forgot gloom and grey.
Thanks to her nerves
That she hadn't stayed
At a place
Where only misery was paved
She is finally out.
In the outside world,
Lively and vibrant
Where happiness lies unfurled
