They called him a stupid fool

Because he sat on a branch

And tried to cut the same

Of course, he was not wise

 

Today the educated wise men

Pollute the very air we breathe

Cut the forest which gives us rain

Destroy the earth with chemicals

Of course, they are not stupid

 

Kalidasa was called stupid,

He was trying to hurt himself

But today’s men destroy the nature

Deliberately for their own interest

Of course, they are wise, not stupid
