Intentionally Obtrusive
Intentionally Obtrusive
On my way, On my way,
I drive, cool, serene and gay,
Morn to dusk, Dusk to night,
Into the Night, Into the Night,
To my Dismay, My dismay,
I find thousand pairs of light,
Pairs of light,
These are bright, Neon, Mercury and White,
Intruding lights obscure my sight,
Blind me with a lot of Spite,
Blind me with Speed of Light,
Fools think “Speed is Might,”
Lord, when will they realize,
And cut their obscene light and speeds to size,
When will all have equal driving rights?
Dazzling speeds and lights
Benefit no one, elite, weak or Might,
Then they interject to say,
“ I am right, I am right..”
