India : The Land Of Festivals

Oh, our very own Indian festivals.

They are in our blood, they're eternal.

In our otherwise tedious lives,

They are but happy intervals.

Festivals aren't our way of life,

They themselves are 'life' to say.

Unbelievable? Oh, then show me a day,

Which is not celebrated in some or the other way!

We have songs even for harvesting. 

Working alongside, no time-wasting.

For us, having fun isn't different from resting.

We wear a smile n have fun even when times are testing.
