Incomplete Gazal

I wrote a love ghazal,

Your's departure left her incomplete.

The ghazal was composed by me,

Staying without you became ugly.

I had to arrange the words of the ghazal,

Smell without you is gone.

I had to give rhythm to ghazals,

Without you, the rhythm got out of control.

I had to breathe life into the ghazal,

Without you, it faded.

I had to start the ghazal,

Without you, it would have been out of tune.

Ghazal's Sargam was intertwined with me,

Sargam was scattered without you.
