Illumine Me

Illumine Me

My entity is nothing but like dust unto your feet,

O, blessed lord! My insolence has dissolved into the melting tears of mine,

I am jaded of being cloistered in this forlorn world

I am dying at every moribund moment,

And incarcerated into the self-made topsy-turvydom and grisly time,

Let me overpour my soul unto thine and infuse into thee forever and forever...

I am fed up with being narcissistic and self-indulgent,

Let my life be devoted unto your service ever and ever

I need not anything by thy unadulterated love and compassion

Illumine me with your iridescent light,

And alleviate my agonizing soul from the fetters and shackles of time ...
