The Divine Truth Of Him
The Divine Truth Of Him
When the moist of cold agitation touches you,
He arrives by your side and eases you.
When you claim yourself feeble, assisted by none,
Only the light of Him claims your mind unattainable, still, assisted by none.
My mind rose sunwards with my heart when I saw of His good,
I tried to preach, but everyone was hired on the devil's lease.
I feel good, just good when He speaks to me,
I thank Him for tolerating my deeds in this wide Sea.
He loves me, He had always,
For I know that beyond him there is no farther a way.
If I could live on for eternity,
I will furnish my gratitude with so pure a propriety.
The Fountain of Immortality, the Ocean of Happiness,
I seek from Him nothing but our togetherness.
When He rests near me,
I'm afraid I can feel nothing but, my soul set Free.
