I Apologise
I Apologise

On your own, you walked on lonely paths,
On your own, you faced the life's wrath,
On your own, you encountered the demons of the night,
On your own, you fought every fight.
I keep pestering that I'm in need of you,
But didn't see you for sometimes or few,
I know you grew up to be smart, wonderful and all
But I Apologise.
It's been a while since I wanted to do so
My feet turned coals, hands sweaty
Became a coward when you turned towards me.
I've gathered courage, borrowed some strength,
I'll say what I've been holding up.
Got a weight on m
y heart, I'm too afraid of myself
When things went wrong, I blamed it on yourself.
Your soul is blended with chaos and beautiful art,
You showed me all your scars,
You gave me all your essays.
Still, I cut you to bleed
Yet making you fall apart was my deed.
I Apologise for driving in headfirst and not walking down the road with you.
I'm sorry for acting sideways.
I seek you for forgiveness.
You may or may not grant it.
For you nothing would change much, you may not need it,
Yet I've to say it for my heart to less crunch.
I'm sorry! Here I Apologise!
