Hope Till Last Breadth

Hope Till Last Breadth

My uncle gave me a lesson,

Fight for life till the last respiration.

He got detected colon cancer,

He left us within a year.

He was always positive about life,

Fought a lot knowing her life is at the tip of a knife.

He did every co-operation,

Undergone a major operation.

When Dr declared that take he is having less time,

Still, he was hopeful saying I will be cured in time.

He was much worried about my aunt and brother,

For that only he was fighting for.

I never wanted to break his hope,

While leaving the hospital I told lie and asked not to give up.

For that lie, I always feel sorry,

He is always with me and my memories.
