Waves of sea

Watching the waves sitting at the sea shore, 

I was there to beat my mental stress, 

The waves with night taking height more and more, 

With a roaring sound like an angry Lion more or less. 

From a small wave it gradually touches the peak, 

With time when it go ahead,

It is totally silence, smooth, calm and very quick, 

How it can be so cool wheather at peak making all afraid?? 

It gave me a great lesson, 

 Every action must have a start and an end, 

The peak or limit is there in every action, 

Human, animal or nature all carry a highest stand. 

I realised I am now at pick of my stress, 

Why not leave it on time??? 

Gradually it will be less, 

Stress shouldn't carry the position prime.
