Today I am feeling hopeless 

I know I have been careless 

Careless of the time I killed 

Also, of the energy I billed 

Careless of the love I received 

Also, of the angst I perceived 

I know this is my frustration talking

When will I start to go on walking!

All I need is a little sunlight 

My mood will be all happy and bright 

So, I open my terrace door

The whole week I have been a bore

I am hoping to lift my spirits

I take a deep breath and open my eyes

What I see is just too nice 

A handsome face with a lovely smile 

Makes my heartbeat to skip by a mile

Never before have I felt so inspired
