Guiding Force

When I sit and look back,

I always recollect the memory of

My teachers and their teaching.

A lot has changed in all these years

But one thing which

Have neither changed yet

Nor will change ever;

The bond between a student and a teacher.

Which is at the same time

One of the strongest bond

And most fragile too.

A teacher can lead with example

All of them says.

But teaching doesn't come with

Either a manual or set of rules.

Each teacher is different

And so is each student

If you look closely,

Every teacher is a learner

And every student is a teacher.
