Good Nights

Some nights are terrifying

Some nights are a delight

Some are so mysterious 

That she could not ably find.

 

Some nights are thoughtful

Some nights are quite 

Some are so quest full

She has got no answers yet.

 

All of these are her thoughts

Evoke at a time when she lies,

But then she comes to me, praying,

“Lord, please give me good sleep at night.”
