When Student's Seart Whispers
When Student's Seart Whispers
Childhood blew up hitting books
Algebra, globe, and monuments
Were all around, even prose and poems
Didn't leave my room, science too played
A role to lock my room.
No pleasure of friendship,
Neither toys nor video games,
Childhood faded so soon
Rushing for grades and to prove.
Now youth got an excuse to flow.
When the goal took residence,
While algorithm, history, and science
Began to leave the room.
Ballads and fiction took their corner,
Have no complaints, cause they
Gave me a new vision.
Milton, Spencer, and Herbert's work
Inspired a lot, even if they dance in my mind
I'll not shove them off.
