Guiding Lights: A Tribute to Sisters, Mothers, and Wives
Guiding Lights: A Tribute to Sisters, Mothers, and Wives
This poem i've penned for my elder sister's grace,
A 14-year-old's tribute, in her love I find my place.
For she's always concerned, guiding me with care,
In her support, a bond beyond comparison.
It resonates not just for sisters near or far,
But mothers, wives, in every guiding star.
Their nurturing hands, the paths they pave,
In their love's embrace, we find strength to brave.
In January, when everyone was busy taking pills,
I was tired of listening to my sister to develop some skills.
She scolds me often for my own good,
So that in the future I can say, I achieved what I really could.
She, not scolding me for a whole day is a miracle,
I don't know how that happiness can be tackled.
She scolds me often for my own good,
So that in the future I can say, I achieved what I really could.
I know that she has a bigger fish to fry,
But listening to it, she can at least give it a try.
Have added these lines just to add rhyme,
I apologize if I wasted your time.
