Tragedy

Ganga, Why do you flow

Ganga, Why do you flow

1 min 239 1 min 239

Amid the pandemic the leader conspicuous by his silence

Scarred by the pyres, even if he speaks, to the citizens, will it make sense?

Stooped to the level of roadside Romeo, his leadership has become a brief cameo

Mirror mirror who is the ugliest among the leaders?

Blinded in their vain glory, they have become greedier!

Waiting for one's turn, will it be for vaccination or death by infection?

Bodies in the Ganges float by uncared for, values of this nation washed away by far

Will the Ganga ever be cleansed, or will it be her life long sentence?

Slide has been fast, let the flag fly half mast

In mourning for the death of not only people, but the so called glory

History will be written in black letters, the chapters that were gory.
