Galaxies in her mind

She has stars behind her eyelids,

Galaxies in her mind.

Her infectious smiles and beautiful soul

Pulled everyone towards her, like a black hole.

She was like an entire new universe,

To everyone else, unknown. 

 But nobody could reach her skies,

So they tried to bring it down to their size.

Deemed her expansive universe meaningless

She was convinced they were right and her thoughts became a mess

Do I even need to tell you about the rest?

Her world collapsed around her,

And her stars faded away.

She tried to relate with others,

And lost herself in the way.
