First Bruise (Little One 12/20

The little miracle whom we found,

Loves to play and jump around.

It was bright evening of Saturday,

All three of us went down to play.

We had taken our cycle and ball along,

And we were together singing her favorite song.

She went up to slide and came racing down,

We played with the ball all over the playground.

I tried to keep her safe from everyone here,

But she was cool without any fear.

She enjoyed her time out of the house,

Tried running after a butterfly and tiny mouse.

While returning she fell and hurt her knee,

I thought big trouble is coming towards me.

She said I am hurt and it does pain,

but can we come to playground tomorrow again?.

Being brave is not something you learn,

It is within you from the day you are born
