Existing A Life

So is the vast emptiness lying within me,

Just a plain surface, nothing upheaval,

What to call it, name it, monotony or routine?

A plateau so barren, so straight to walk on,

So is the clear sky infront of me,

So is the sun daily in routine as me,

Ground is firm, footing so known,

I certainly know the road, I have mugged it,

Nothing is new and everything I knew,

Yet, the vast emptiness is still there,

What is that I am missing?

Adventure, passion, love, or the madness?

When was the last I cried?

When was the last I laughed heartily?

When was the last I broke the rules?

When was the last I got caught?

When was the last I made love?

When was the last my heart was broken?

When was the last I lived a life,

A life so caring, pure and gentle....

Sure, ages have passed, life is lost,

Now I am living a successful life,

Everybody calls it so,but I know it,

It's all fake, I'm dragging the life.

So are the days arise now,

Hours, minutes so planned,

Scheduled is the name of the lunches and dinner,

Diets, yogas, and asanas so fitting

Nothing to err, nothing to lose,

Picture perfect is the frame,

But I don't know the man in the frame,

Though it looks like me...

Actually it's me who is existing only in the frames may be ..

I'm only existing, surviving, winning, achieving, leading, paying and planing,

Everything I'm doing except" LIVING A LIFE"......
