Every Single Night...

Every single night I ask myself 'why?'

why isn't this our final goodbye?

why don't I fall and die?

Facing the repercussions of a lie, 

every free moment I mourn and cry,

why does everyday end with a sigh?

 

Many arising questions,

constant suggestions,

yet, on my face, not one expression.

All this leads to sleepless nights,

and concludes into endless fights,

good night now, it's time to turn off the lights.
