Crime Others

End Of A Scintillating Star

End Of A Scintillating Star

She was a scintillating star

Was forced into darkness

Snatched away from her dreams,

Society's wickedness.

She had a dream,

A dream to fly

But all she could do

Sit in the gloom and cry.

She was locked in a room

All lonely and dark

So that they could suppress

Her dreams to fly.

She was being torn apart,

Struggling to catch her dreams

But elders were 'experienced'

They only left her to scream.

She was getting paranoid

And desperate day by day

Her life was turning void

But, nobody did care.

They wanted her to marry,

And lead a settled life

Made her life wary

Just because she was a girl.

She had had enough

And she decided to end

Since life was damn tough

She slit opened her veins.

Death welcomed her,

Greeted her like an old friend,

Since her soul had lived with death,

From that time in loneliness.
