Emptiness

Emptiness is a feeling, it harbours deep inside

It does not want to show its face, it only wants to hide

Emptiness causes pain, it brings about anguish

Getting rid of it, becomes your only wish

Emptiness stifles you, it makes you a retard

Living a normal life can then be really hard

Emptiness overcomes you, it takes the fun away

Sadness overflows, it’s a big price you pay

Emptiness needs a friend, popping pills just won’t do

You need someone to understand what you’re going through

Emptiness destroys your core, it weakens every bone

It haunts you and it taunts you till you are all alone

Emptiness is just a void, that you can fill with love

Keep the faith, you have a date, with the Gods above

Emptiness, I can beat you, I’m stronger than you are

One day my mind will realise that, and push you very far

Emptiness, you are just a word, WE put the life in you

But soon, my will and all my strength will get you out of view!!
