Re-phrase! “Does life, or 

my experience of life make sense?”

Sense? Logic?

It hasn’t turned out as I wanted

People lived, as part of my life experience

People died. I didn’t request that

Do I hear someone singing, in my ear?

Try as I might, the question remains

Why? Is it my assumption that things happen 

For a reason? Is it a measure of success

Or otherwise? Why does it matter?
