'Diversity is strength' is a dogma if you know the people and values

You understand and respect persons with whom you do disagree!

They're not aliens if you know their identity, beliefs and real fears,

commonalities, experiences and expectations for future successes?

People may be diverse or not, you must explore strength they have.

The nature, real strength along with their fears must be rationalised.

This is proven, diversity is a strength in workplaces for their success,

Diverse organizations are efficient and successful in leading nations!

Countries sharing cultures and beliefs are fractured on ethnic lines.

They face hard realities; internal unrest, poor progress and distress,

People with different identities have faith in diversity and inclusion

They're well on global stage building better nations than ever before!

Studies have shown, strengths are qualities that energise to be great,

Their inclusion is for exploration, appreciation and accepts differences?

Strengths often relate to our underlying values and passions about life.

More strength stories tell us their identities, values and experiences!

Scientists have now realized, the sea level is rising in our coastal areas

Environmental changes are threatening; affecting habitats and humanity.

Global action is urgent to find solutions for climate change, it's a crisis?

We need a new weather diversity to make our world stronger and better!

It is now more important, we need a mosaic of people in our workforce,

Widest array of talents, ideas and innovations for conservation of Nature,

Diverse habitats for healthy landscapes, our diversity for a vibrant society.

Diversity is strength, clever and elite diasporas to create a better future?
