A Pandemic suddenly arrived,

That deprived people of everything!

It was called Corona Virus,

And made people dance to its tunes, like the tunes of Miley Cyrus!

It produced a situation like never before,

To fight it, people tried their best to the core!

It stretched its popularity from China to Chennai,

But the symptoms of it in a person are hard to identify!

It made the country's first-minister implement house-arrest,

which put the citizen's patience to test!

It disapproved of fetes and festivities,

And reduced to a large extent human-activities!

The warriors are on the battle-field fighting it,

Who succeeds, who succumbs to it, depends on the luck and time it will permit!

Also called Covid Nineteen,

It has thrown at humans, a challenge to be careful and clean!

Prayers are being done in different forms,

So slowly and accordingly getting new norms!

It has no partiality towards anyone,

For it, all are one, whether a new-born or a spritely one!

It made use of masks the new normal,

To travel and finish a task; be it formal or informal!

Many hated it for its behavior,

Hence people awaited a medical savior!

The Humans are using the Invented Vaccine as the Last Solace,

To send the Virus back without it leaving a trace!

It has showed people hell,

Now the effort is to reach the path of All is Well!
