COVID-19

Our lives were going on perfectly fine, 

Until a small but deadly virus entered our lives and made us whine. 

This virus though microscopic, 

Yet spreads within a fraction of a click. 

It entered our lives for free, 

And does not seem to flee. 

If you do not wear your mask, 

It assures you that it makes your life a difficult task. 

No touching policy is the new trend now, 

And it all seems simply wow. 

Who knew that this virus would drive us closer to our friends and family, 

And that love, patience and care would be the only key. 

Everyone did develop a new skill during this lockdown, 

And may have realized their talents there down. 

Let us consider this all to have been a miracle, 

And accept the fact that this pandemic has transformed us into a better individual.
