Conscience

You are the genuine stuff

Amidst all deceits and deceptions

You never let me do anything wrong

This is your originality you possess

So many temporary pleasure dragged

Me to go against the honest boundary

But you have dissuaded me

And as a propelling force prevented me 

Of this temptation.....

Blatant violation of morality perpetually

Invites anguish you have taught me

Because vices can never survive forever.....

Life is a repository of attractions 

And only conscience imposes restriction

To sort out all ambiguities and confusion

And resolve all the issues amicably

Without inviting dishonest means.....   

So amidst all vices and sins

One ever glimmering treasure I have

My conscience, my priceless possession

Wonderful contribution to human being is

Conscience which has made him special

It is the best weapon to fight

With all negativities for me

And snatch all positivities into my life

My conscience is my sunshine

My conscience is my knowledge

My conscience is my wisdom

It is the living god within me

Which is a catalyst to enhance love,

Sympathy and humanity.....

So, you are the shimmering lamp 

Which will vanish darkness from my life...
