Conflicted Valley

A girl from conflicted zone, 

Sitting on a shore of lake alone, 

Which was yet unknown, 

Throwing the stone, 

Too far in the lake by her own, 

Listening to a sound which was to her quite known, 

Looking around pulling out her earphone, 

And finally found above her an mob drone, 

In this pandemic, 

She lost her academic, 

Which was never systemic, 

In her valley due to a regular endemic, 

A political as well as social epidemic, 

Loss of life a daily play, 

The folks there went astray,

Nobody liked to convey, 

A right message to them that everyone deliberately loved to delay, 

In the light of day, 

The living ones also started to decay,

Mostly the life of a student in her valley suffered, 

Who got injuries through pellets and were referred, 

To city hospitals because of this absurd, 

Way of firings which was later on captured, 

Many were fractured, 

And many injured,

The soldier was on duty but he only played a role of coward, 

Each day a house by them was encountered, 

Which then was later on featured, 

On a newspaper or media that too filtered, 

Every week, month the folks gathered, 

To attend someone's funeral and take the dead body forward, 

Everyday someone's brother, father husband in our valley was martyred, 

The way they all the time massacred, will be monitored, 

One day that you really overpowered, 

On the innocent life which you murdered, 

Those laps of mothers which you ruptured, 

And scattered, 

Gave you a curse that will never be unanswered, 

And unheard.
